We understand that life may occasionally get in the way of your appointment. If you do not show up for an appointment and did not call 2 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel, Pall Mall Barbers reserves the right to charge 50% of the standard service price to your credit card for this inconvenience. If you are more than 5 mins late for your appointment we will have to reschedule you to a different time.
Final payment for the services only collected in the store once service is provided to you.

All our products are produced and shipped directly from the UK. All sales of goods abroad (EU) are now treated as exports. The recipient may then have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee in the receiving country before they can claim the parcel.
