Tenzin began his career as a hairdresser in 2004 in India, where his passion for styling and precision first took root. After moving to the U.S. in 2013, he attended beauty school to obtain his professional license, setting the foundation for a successful career in hairdressing. He honed his craft at a Japanese unisex salon before transitioning into barbering at 18/8 Fine Men’s Saloon in Lower Manhattan. With 17 years of expertise, Tenzin has become a master of the art of haircutting.

As an independent barber, Tenzin takes pride in offering personalized services that highlight his precision and attention to detail. Specializing in scissors-over-comb techniques for natural styles and high-and-tight fades with messy tops, his work reflects both creativity and skill. While he does not perform shaves, his focus on creating exceptional haircuts ensures every client leaves feeling confident and satisfied.
